The alarm will not only alert you to the attempted break in but can also scare off the attacker and summon help. Requires 1 N size battery that is not included. The alarm unit measures 6.5 inches x 2.5 inches( at the widest point ) x 1.75 inches. The lock bracket measures 4 inches x 2.5 inches(at the base) x 1 inch. Life has no reset button, think safety!
