Pathogenicity
of WSNwt vs. WSN-E in Mice
Unlike the lethal WSNwt, WSN-E is attenuated in
mice.
No weight loss or other signs of disease were
obeserved.
WSN-E is confined to the lung. The lung titer
remained stagnant at a lower level. On day three, WSN-E was no longer
found.
